One of my favorite wines at the restaurant. Smooth, great flavor, alright on the drinkability.
My Rating 87: The wine has a firm dry body with a taste of cherry without the lovely cherry aroma. The nose is long and somewhat complex with underlying hint of funkiness(Whatever this means!). Price is borderline. $ 9.99
Alright, nothing special. Give it some time to wake up.
Two and a half glasses
Lighter than a typical cab. You can smell the plumb. Otherwise smooth but weaker than I typically light. I enjoyed it with a sharp cheese.
Decent nondescript table wine. Weak nose, black cherry, simple.

Our 2011 Cabernet Sauvignon exhibits rich fruit flavors of currant and blackberry with hints of pepper on the palate. The wine finishes with subtle tannins that don’t overpower this easy-todrink Cabernet Sauvignon.
