RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.

This is a distinctively full-bodied shiraz with dark berry, plum, prune and spice flavors. The nose reveals aromas reminiscent of licorice and blackberry aromas. Thsi is now my valued shiraz of choice. This Aussie wine is well worth your attention. I enjoyed it with an indoor mid-winter barbecue.
Loved it and so did the guest at an Anniversary party I took it to.

Ripe and chunky, with an earthy, gamy streak running through the anise-scented black cherry flavors. Approachable now, best from 1998.
Smooth and appealing for its pretty plum and spice flavors on a medium frame. An easy-drinking red, finishing with a silky feel.
Smooth and ripe, medium in weight, featuring appealing plum, spice and tar flavors that soften on the finish. Good now through 1997.
Smooth and pretty, with floral and spicy notes adding interest to the light berry flavors. Ready to drink.
Ripe plum and sweet dark cherry flavors enhanced by vanilla and spice elements.
A bright, expressive aroma of cherry and summer pudding is overlaid by hints of dusty spice and framed by subtle vanilla oak characters. The palate is fruit-driven, with ripe plum and sweet dark cherry alongside elements of cinnamon and spice.
Firm in texture, and fleshy enough to put some padding around the blackberry, pepper and vaguely meaty flavors. Finishes fine. Drink now through 2004.
