Wine Tasting NotesDeep purple to crimson at the rim. The nose shows classic varietal character, aromas of violets, plum and cherry fruit combine with more earthy, chocolatey tones. Vanillin oak and mint nuances serve to further add complexity. A medium bodied palate, with gobs of sweet plummy fruit and dark berry notes. Further earthy and spicy tones add definition, as does the soft acid and supple tannin. The finish is long and enveloping!
