Lindemans Cabernet Sauvignon Bin 45 2007

The nose is long but not distinctive. It is smooth and well balanced. I will recommend it for after work chill out with a cup of cashew nuts. A good bargain for less than $10.
Lovely aroma, you can smell the fruit on the vine. Slight fruit taste, blend of oak and tannins with a barely sweet, bright finish. So smooth, one of the best cabs I've tried.....in that it is a friendly, unassuming wine. No big punch like some cabs, just enough that makes you want another glass.
Fruity smell. Berry taste. A bit acidic on the finish but fairly quick. A decent daily drinker. Good value.
hard to finish the glass...not as good as the wine's that are a dollar more a bottle than this one. fruity finish, but too acidic for the nose and finishing points.
Black current and coffee sum this wine up. Grab a plate of bbq and a red solo cup of this cab and you'll be set. This is an approachable wine that would do a greasy brisket well.
I have been drinking cab wines for over 10 years and have not found a wine under 16.00 a bottle that i liked better. Getting hard to find. A great value a $7.00 a bottle.

A bold, fruity wine without much nuance, this offers blackberry and chocolate flavors, a creamy texture and some dusty tannins in the finish. Sturdy enough to stand up to steak.
Concentrated black currant and plum aromas with a hint of blueberry and subtle oak. Medium bodied on the palate with cassis and dried tea leaf flavors.
