I agree with Lindemans about the coloration....heavy purple with cranberry tinges in the light and nice clarity! Aromas that contain cassis, black figs/plum, hints of smokey oaked vanilla and a smooth. The flavors follow suit, with deep Earthy fruits, and a bite of spice.....very nice! The mouthfeel is well rounded, smooth and has a rich body! I feel that this might age alright for the next year or two and overall this is a delightful Shiraz.....especially for the dollar!

Delicious deep cassis mouth feel dark and ruby red flavor. Overpowering wine aromas with smooth well balanced tannins. Long lasting satisfaction.

Saint Bock. Saint-Denis, Montreal. May 2013. Dark red, deep flavour, hint of fruit. Great choice.

Ripe and chunky, with an earthy, gamy streak running through the anise-scented black cherry flavors. Approachable now, best from 1998.

Smooth and ripe, medium in weight, featuring appealing plum, spice and tar flavors that soften on the finish. Good now through 1997.

A bright, expressive aroma of cherry and summer pudding is overlaid by hints of dusty spice and framed by subtle vanilla oak characters. The palate is fruit-driven, with ripe plum and sweet dark cherry alongside elements of cinnamon and spice.

Smooth and pretty, with floral and spicy notes adding interest to the light berry flavors. Ready to drink.

This soft and lush shiraz has the sweet fruit flavors of a berry pie. It's not thick, as some inexpensive reds from Australia can be, and it finishes bright and fresh.
