Lillypilly Estate White Blend Noble Blend 2002
Sweet white wine, made from sauvignon blanc (80 per cent), semillon (10 per cent), muscat of alexandria (5 per cent) and riesling (5 per cent) grapes infected with noble rot. VINTAGE COMMENTS: One of the coolest years in the history of our winery. Great varietal flavour and wonderful balance. The season was relatively dry but at the end of the season we had just enough moisture to encourage the onset of botrytis. TASTING NOTES: Golden yellow with some green tinge. Floral, spicy and tropical fruit aromas. Intense and luscious palate with a lively lift.
