Pineapple and dusty mineral fruit bursts from the glass over lots of fresh green herbal notes. This is ripe but tense and nervous in the mouth with a taut muscular feel, like a gymnast. Haunting flavors of pineapple fruit in the mouth relays the ripeness here but this is light and fresh as a daisy in the with a long, elegant and juicy finish. 92pts

MANINCOR ist ein Spezialist in der Kelterung von ausdrucksstarkem, klassischem Sauvignon Blanc. Es wird dabei auf die Verwendung von Kunsthefen verzichtet, und der Jungwein wird bewusst auf der Hefe (sur lie) ausgebaut. Die Vorzüge dieses Klassikers aus der Einzellage Liebenaich in Terlan liegen in der ausdrucksstarken, ausgewogenen und vielschichtigen, von Terroir, Rebsorte und Ausbau geprägten Aromatik, der eleganten und fruchtigen Struktur. Es ist ein Sauvignon Blanc, der im anhaltenden Finale durch sein spannendes Zusammenspiel von mineralischer Säure und Süsse zu begeistern vermag.
