- Tasted with Hanger steak- This wine is typically 60% galioppo an 40% cab and sees a year in new oak. deep purple color, with a nose that featured a slight pruney edge and tobacco. The palate is fully resolved, dark plums, a very nice mouthfeel and a hint of dust. The oak isn't opressive by any means, but this is very internationally styled and I missed any sense of Calabria. it's a very enjoyable wine despite that.
