- An excellent example of varietal character. Fruit and terroir shine through. Spicey and dried fruit characteristics are evident in the bouquet and follow through the finish. Excellent texture and firm tannins make this a perfect match for red meats or spicier dishes, especially those prepared with the peppers that are so favored in Calabria.
