A soft yellow color with a great oak nose. Round on the palate with wood and hints of banana. The finish is long and satisfying with wonderful toast flavors.
Good price for a dry, crisp and flavor Chardonnay with some real fancy character. Flatters the palate with opulent pineapple jam, pear, lemon and orange fruit flavors, finished with rich oak.
This nice, everyday Chard has pleasantly ripe, plump flavors of tropical fruits and peaches. There's a rich veneer of smoky oak that adds spices and vanilla. Nice glassful of white wine.
Fruit-driven in style, this Chardonnay offers up-front aromas of green apple and citrus blossom typical of the variety. Bright flavors of citrus, pineapple, bosc pear, honey and a subtle hint of toasted oak are balanced by a clean, crisp finish.
A little heavy in oak, this Chard has rich, long hangtime flavors of apricot jam and pineapples, wrapped in a creamy texture. It finishes dry and spicy.
Winemaker Notes - We sourced the fruit for Liberty School Chardonnay from two of the best Chardonnay regions in the state. We have secured a great vineyard located in Monterey County in the famous Santa Lucia Highlands and another in the Santa Maria Valley. We look for fruit that has good acidity, has ripened to full maturity and is bursting with the Chardonnay varietal s lively flavors.
