Food Pairings for Liberty School Cabernet Sauvignon Paso Robles
Had this dinner with a blackened swordfish tonight and it went very well, didn't need any time to open or develop. Very smooth pallet and pleasant nose, can taste the tannins but over time the oxygen masks them and the fruit is exposed. Good Cali Cab.

A good standby.
This is currently my go-to Cali Cab. The only problem is that I can't get it anymore where I live. (South Eastern PA) I have to go to Jersey to buy it. My wife even likes this and she's mostly a white wine drinker.
i love this wine. it is so smooth with a bold flavor
We really like it. It's on par with J. Lohr. Smooth, no aftertaste. Good for sipping or great with pasta or red meat. We pay $22 CAD!
