Lovely. Nice price.
Fantastic cab for the money! I couldn't believe it was this affordable!! - Tasted at Lee's Wine Experience 11/7/09
thank you Di--- delicious!
Consistently a nice wine for the price for a decade now. Some years even better buy than others. The 2007 seems a bit thin to me....good, just a bit thin. The nose is closed at the start but does open up a little, then just stops. Cherry and berries for sure, but no leather or tobacco undertones. Drinks easy and is quite good if not overly complex. Light tannins and a bit of acidity at the finish make this a good food wine. For the price, it certainly has many things going for it.
Smoky plum, blackberry, blueberry and cellar, lots of low notes but very high and surprisingly clean. Bargain at $12.
A great wine for a great price

Pure, straightforward Cabernet character: flavors of dark berries, cassis, and milk chocolate. This is well-balanced in the mouth and carries itself with considerable elegance. A firm structure makes it perfect with grilled meats.
Lots to like in this Cab. Few regions do a better job of ripening red wines than Paso Robles while keeping prices modest. This one, from the hilly, limestony west side, is softly rich in blackberry and cherry flavors wrapped in fine, sweet tannins. This is a good price for a Cab of this quality.
Lots of richness and complexity in this lovely wine, which has flavors of ripe blackberries, cassis, roasted coffee, herbs and smoky oak. It's quite dry, with a good grip of tannin.
This Paso Robles Cab offers dark cherry and blackberry on the nose, and a nice amount of fruit and warmth on the palate. Dry and smooth.
A little bitter and sharp around the edges, but there's a nice core of blackberry and black currant fruit, and the finish is fully dry. Will provide pleasant drinking over the next 1-2 years, at an everyday price.
The 2004 Liberty School Cabernet Sauvignon offers upfront aromas of ripe blackberry, chocolate and cassis, with hints of vanillin. Similar deep berry flavors are enhanced by elegant tannins and a rich, full finish. A diversity of porous soils and microclimates among our various vineyards contributes to excellent depth and complexity of flavors in the glass.
Score: N/A Tasting Notes: The Liberty School Cabernet Sauvignon offers up-front aromas of ripe red fruit, followed by similar vibrant and rich berry flavors. Silky but firm tannins lend excellent structure, while maintaining a soft approachability reflective of Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine has a ripe finish with good length. Its fruit-driven style lends ease to food-pairing. Web Site: Click Here
