Lewis Sauvignon Blanc Napa Valley 2012
Beauty, brains and depth of character, this summer stunner has it all. Loads of ripe on-the-tree mango fruit, guava and nectarine are laced with tropical spices and complex minerality. Vibrant fresh fruit flavors are creamy textured and tantalizing while the wine holds your gaze with a steady beam of acid. Perfectly proportioned and seamlessly fitted, Lewis' 2012 Sauvignon Blanc finishes with notes of vanilla, lime and exotic mineral spice. 250 cases produced. 2011 vintage rated 90 points by Wine Spectator.
In 1992, Debbie and Randy Lewis established a small family winery with their son Dennis. Total production is approximately 9,000 cases annually of Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Merlot and Syrah. We are literally hands-on in every aspect of vineyard management, winemaking, sales and distribution, and we thrive on this challenge and the relationships we cultivate in the process. It is our continuing goal to create world class wines.
