Lewis Cellars Chardonnay 2011

Winemaker's Notes:

"Our 2011 Napa Valley Chardonnay packs plenty of pear and apple with honeysuckle, piecrust and creamy oak. Ripe and satiny in texture a second tier of sweet stone mineral, custard and toast, adds depth and complexity with plenty of natural acid driving to a long finish. " -Winery

Lewis Cellars:
In 1992, Debbie and Randy Lewis established a small family winery with their son Dennis. Total production is approximately 9,000 cases annually of Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Merlot and Syrah. We are literally hands-on in every aspect of vineyard management, winemaking, sales and distribution, and we thrive on this challenge and the relationships we cultivate in the process. It is our continuing goal to create world class wines.
Suggested Recipe Pairing presented by
Coconut Rice Sweet Potato Cheesecake

RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.

Bold, rich and full-bodied, with a potent array of ripe fig, honeysuckle, anise, apricot and smoke flavors that are deep and extracted, ending with a long, mouthcoating finish. Drink now through 2020.-J.L. Wine Spectator. A Chardonnay wine from California in USA. 2011 Lewis Cellars Chardonnay Napa 750ml
