Medium green-yellow. Captivating aromas of ripe peach, apricot, pineapple, apple blossom and lime zest. Racy acidity toys with the sweet extract and wet-slate minerality adds nuance. Mouthwatering finish. Drink to 2019.

A lean, mineral-driven Riesling, perfect for those who complain that even dry Rieslings are still too sweet. Bright citrus fruit flavors peek out from behind the bracing acidity and flint overtones. Perfect complement to salads with vinaigrette dressing or light fish dishes, but this wine is lovely and refreshing enough to drink on its own.

Leth has sourced the fruit for this Riesling from local, organic farmers all coming from the town of Felse. Great concentration, with notes of honeysuckle and underlying minerality.
