Les Mines Priorat 2003

Member Review by Mimi Kim:

Les Mines Priorat 2003 has a deep, dark purple color that is almost black. The nose is opulent and have fragrant aromas of ripe figs, dried berries, plums, and holiday spices. The taste is concentrated but not overly heavy with fruit, oak, and pudding flavors. The finish is long and lacy but still bright and fresh.

Coconut Rice Sweet Potato Cheesecake

RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.
