Strong, ripe and fruity, with taste of fresh cherry, strawberry and red currant.Tavel is a Rose only appellation. The red wines from the area can only call themselves Cotes du Rhone. Tavel is one of the two or three best appellations for Rose anywhere in the world. It's mostly because they have always taken Rose seriously. The Lauzeraies Tavel has a lot of flavor, totally dry. I like Rose and I like the Lauzeraies particularly.Paul
