- darkest color of the CdP flight with very modest evolution- dried strawberries on the nose, very pronounced, a bit jammy, simple though, dried herbs and hay – fully resolved in the mouth with adequate acidity, simple but correct, very cherry jam, a bit astringent on finish, finish turns intensely floral and herbal with air and adds a roast meat note. Perfectly mature and very nice if not thrilling, drink em if you got em.
