Winemaker notes:
This impressively dark merlot has an amazingly pure nose of exotic floral aromas, perfectly ripe red and black fruits, crème cassis and vanilla cream, smoke, and violets. It had great fat and depth as it spreads across the palate. Representative of the vintage, it is perfectly balanced with precision acidity, seamless tannin, and a sweet long finish. We feel this wine is the epitome of Washington’s finest Merlot’s.
Vineyards in this Wine
Mill Creek Upland, Loess, Estate Old Block, Pepper Bridge, Bachus-Dionysis, and Wallula.
