- Blend: 90% Negromaro, 10% Black Malvasia Hand-cultivated vines of Negromaro and Malvasia Nera grow in deep clay soil, which restricts the vigor of the vines and produces the highest quality, most flavor-concentrated fruit. After 12 months of barrel aging, the result is a dry, food-friendly wine with a balance of fruit and herb flavors.
