[I Tre Merli Bistro] I previously enjoyed the 2000 Riserva, but this was a big mistake. Sent back the first bottle b/c it corked; clearly improperly stored as it was warmer than room temperature. The second bottle was not much better. Bitter, astringent. Difficult to assess the wine as the wine service at this restaurant is abysmal; I will not be returning.
