Tasting Notes:

Has a clean light gold colour, with honey and smoky botrytis on the nose. On the palate it's both opulent and elegant, with rich sweetness, and hints of grapefruit and caramel. Viscous, with good length and a nice streak of acidity coming through on the finish.
