Legado Munoz Tempranillo 2010
This 100% Tempranillo is made to showcase the fruit aromas and flavors of this variety. After the harvest, grapes were sorted upon arrival at the winery, then destemmed and crushed. The fermentation and maceration took place in stainless steel tanks over 10 days at a controlled temperature of 28º C., followed by malolactic fermentation, filtering, and bottling.

Vanilla bean and American oak barrel-derived sawdust notes accompany vibrant blueberries and raspberries; the mouth is thick and reveals riper fruits: black and red cherries, raisins. But alongside those fruits, there is growing tannin and growing crispness and tartness.
