Made from 100% Concord Grapes, this wine is refreshing and semi-sweet. Recommended served chilled and paired with picnic food, BBQ, or cheese and sausage platters. Received the Bronze Medal in the Great Lakes Wine Competition (OCC).

Love this great red table wine! But alas--the local grocer's wine shelf was void of it today. Hope it restock's soon!! I want to support the Michigan economy by buying a case of this delightful, affordable red wine.

I have never acquired a taste for the dry red wines, therefore have always drank the white sweeter wines. I was introduced to Great Lakes Red over a year ago and really like it. It's not sickening sweet but it's not so dry it gives you that cotton mouth feel. I haven't been able to buy it for quite a few weeks at a local Meier store. Please hurry with new supplies.
Love this wine, haven't been able to get it anywhere in the past couple of months. An exec at Leelenau said that it should be on store shelves again by mid September, still waiting!
