Variety: 100 % Cabernet Sauvignon
This wine is a blend of several premium Columbia Valley vineyards including
Willard, Portteus, Bacchus, Seven Hills and Pepper Bridge Vineyard in Walla
Walla, and Klipsun on Red Mountain. Many of these vines were planted in the
1970’s and early 1980’s.
Harvest: A mild warm spring led into a beautiful summer with higher than normal heat
unit accumulation, culminating in an early veraison. As hoped, fall brought
cooler weather slowing fruit maturity and allowing for extended hang time into
