A 50/50 chardonnay/pinot noir blend. Good crisp attack. A smooth but yeasty taste. Very soft fine bubbles.
The reddest rose champagne I've ever tried. A real food wine - full bodied, good bubbles, aromas and a taste of red fruits, and a good long finish. A real treat.
