- Deep purple color. Cherry scented, nose with notes of cassis and raspberries. Medium-bodied; supple with sensuous fruit flavors (red berries and cherries); refreshing and smooth with a long finish of raspberries. Well balanced and yummy! Ideal for aperitif in the summer (can be served slightly chilled) but it is a great summer accompaniment with salads, barbecues, charcuterie or cheeses. Can be cellared for a couple of years but at its best now.
