Darker color than traditional white dessert wines that I drink, but it tastes fantastic. Very balanced, crisp, and not overly fruity. Interesting and unique choice if you are a dessert wine fan.

At the end of a meal at the bar at Babbo (NYC), the bartender shared the 1999 le Caniette Sibilla Appenninica with us. This is a delicious sweet wine, very fruity and crisp, with wonderful hints of moscato, plum and green grape. We are definitely hooked!
