Cannonau is the grape variety known as Grenache in other parts of the world. “Le Bombarde” is a rich red wine from Sardinia that is overflowing with fruit character: plums, red berries, and prunes. It’s rich and delightful and it beautifully sets off all sorts of decadent, meaty cuisines.
