A smooth yet robust Malbec. Not for the light of hearts. I would recommend it to accompany any picnic sunset at the water! Mid-range price but great taste.

My first time with Layered Cake Malbec, but not my first Malbec. My fiance' had first nose and taste. BACON was her analysis. BACON, anise, chocolate and tobacco. A nose of anise, chocolate, tobacco and BACON! OMG, are you kidding me! Wine that smells like cigarettes and BACON! I hate cigarettes and rarely eat BACON! Porky Pig makes wine?? I nosed and tasted.....damn if she wasn't correct....BACON! Who the hell makes a wine that tastes like BACON and survives?? Bubba, hike up them overalls and grab your toothless bride...we're gonna drink some BACON! Call Granny and hide the swine...we're drinki'n BACON!
