Lawson's Dry Hills Gewürztraminer(2005)

The grapes from Peter Woodward's vineyard were kept separate and cool fermented to retain the beautiful aromatic qualities.
In the Lawson's vineyard the old vines(up to 20 years old) were picked separately and fermented with a specially selected Alsatian yeast strain to produce a richly textured wine.The grapes from the younger Lawson vines were also fermented separately to produce an equally interesting but more elegant wine.
