L'Aventure Estate Cuvee 2008

Member Review by VegasOenophile:

Anise/licorice laced cassis and currant. It's smoky, gamy and earthy. Big oak on the palate. Spice, heavy cassis flavors and tobacco. It's Tempranillo/Malbec-esque in it's profile. Tar and cedar notes. Nice layers and structure. 92 pts. 9/1/12 at winery
