Wine Tasting NotesRich and smooth, this is our best Merlot to date. Grapes are from Lava Cap estate vineyards. 1,200 cases produced. This full-bodied, elegant wine has beautiful, rich cherry and berry flavors with a solid backbone of soft tannins, acid, and French oak. Enjoy with pork chops, turkey, and pasta.
