Laurent-Perrier Champagne Cuvée Rosé Brut NV
Aspect: Salmon-pink in colour. Aroma: Precise and very crisp with a lasting impression of freshness, it has hints of soft red fruits, such as strawberries, redcurrants, raspberries and black cherries. Taste: Intensely fruity flavours begin clean and well-defined upon entry, the wine then opens up to provide a melange of flavours consisting of fresh strawberries, raspberries and wild cherries. It has great length and is rounded and supple on the finish. Serving: The Cuvée Rosé makes a delicious apéritif. It pairs very well with charcuterie and poultry, and is an extraordinary match for red fruit desserts. The more daring will try it with Asian cuisine.
Nose of rose petals, aggressive bibles, but sweet red berry fruits, nice finish

Small and frequently overshadowed in the American market, Laurent-Perrier enjoys a wide appreciation internationally for their delicately framed, elegant Champagne. The NV Brut is near ethereal, with very fine bubbles and subtle citrus and marzipan flavors that turn creamy toward the finish. Makes a perfect kickoff for any holiday entertaining, or serve well-chilled with cold fish and seafood.
Medium-bodied with a pale-golden appearance. Hints of toasty yeast on the nose with mild nutty notes and flavors of ripe citrus and peach. Bright and full-flavored.
A touch earthy, yet this is well-integrated and lively, with berry, orange and spice notes that persist through the long finish. Very fine mousse with a classy texture. Wine Spectator. A Champagne Blend wine from Champagne in France. N.V. Laurent-Perrier Brut Rose 750ml
This honey- and apple-inflected sparkler is medium-bodied, with richness midpalate. On the soft side, with a straightforward appeal. Drink now.
A lean, bracing version, with lemon, grapefruit and yeast notes. This is dry, but stingy in flavor and richness, with a mineral finish. Best from 2010 through 2013.
Almost dry, with the freshest of apple and grapefruit characters, a lively layer of mineral and lime, and a delicate character. This is a crisply delicious, aperitif style of Champagne.
Delicate and subtly textured, with sweet cherry, ripe plum and raspberry fruit notes that are balanced by ending with a light smoky finish. Drink now. -AN Wine Spectator. A Champagne Blend wine from Champagne in France. N.V. Laurent-Perrier Brut Rose 1500ml
