If the assertive New Zealand-style of Sauvignon Blanc (intense grapefruit and grass) isn't for you, or you would like to try a different expression of the grape, look no further. This light and crisp, but still flavorful version from California has fresh notes of pineapple and mango fruit. A suggestion of lemon herb on the pebbly finish keeps the palate refreshed.

A lighter-bodied Sauvignon Blanc without the intense green pepper flavors of the typical New Zealand bottling, the Laurel Cellars is vibrant and lively, with dominant lemon and green melon flavors. Serve chilled, on its own mdash; this wine is terrific for porch sipping mdash; or with light salads, soups or fish dishes.
