I tasted recently at Latah Creek and I have to admit was so impressed. This Semillon was perfect. Lightly chilled and served with spicy Thai food it was FANTASTIC. It has a nice acidity, and slight fruity-ness w/o being over the top in it's sweetness. I definitely recommend this!
