Astor Wines & Spirits
April 2008
This dry Champagne made us weep with joy. This is the real deal, no additives, honest type of dry bubbly that you can cellar for years to come. On the palate it's chalky and full of briney aromas that make you think of the sea.

This non vintage Champagne is, in fact, all from the 2004 vintage. However, it was released for sale just shy of 4 years after the harvest and therefore could not be listed as a vintage Grand Cru. Dry, mineral driven with brine aromas reminiscent of the sea.
