Langlois-Chateau is renown for its Sancerre coming from Chateau de Fontaine-Audon one of only four Chateaux in the Sancerre appellation. Located in St-Gemme en Sancerrois in the north western part of the appellation. The vineyard entirely surrounds the Chateau. Notes of gooseberry and mineral flavors with a crisp finish. This wine is perfect with fish and goat cheeses.
