Lange Pinot Noir Reserve 2008
Our 2008 Reserve Pinot Noir is the result of extensive and dedicated barrel tasting by our winemakers, Don Lange and Jesse Lange. Comprised of only the most complex and delicious wines in the cellar, this multi-vineyard Pinot noir is consistently crafted for lush fruit character, seamless balance and elegance. Dark garnet in color, this wine expresses huckleberry cordial, cherry, violet, and black tea in the bouquet. The juicy, mouth-filling palate shows dark bramble fruit, as well as notes of decadent chocolate-raspberry truffle. Finishing with a hint of barrel spice and intriguing tannins, this Pinot Noir is a proud example of a finely-crafted Lange wine.
Bright cherry and huckleberry fruit. Velvety texture and soft tannin. Nice and easy. Enjoyable. - Tasted at winery 8/17/10
Amazing wine! Bought six bottles to start and plan on buying more. Opened the bottle, poured a glass and without even breathing the wine tasted amazing.
