- The Overlook follows its predecessor's footsteps, impressive with its consistency of flavor and handcrafted complexity. Our winemaker has blended grapes from carefully selected vineyards from two of California's finest coastal appelations: Sonoma (86%) and Monterey (14%). The wines was barrel fermented in French oak (25% new), using indigenous yeast and went through complete malo-lactic fermentation, aged sur lie for 8 months, with gentle racking, light isinglass fining and bottled without filtration, giving the wine a well-proportioned richness and finesse that has read more...
