- Our overlook blend is quite literally an overview of each vintages qualities and attributes. It draws from twenty different vineyard sites and appellations combining the entire spectrum of flavors and textures. The principle guideline in all of our picking decisions is based on ripe flavor development. The synergy of blending creates a wine that is more than the sum of its parts. All of the individual lots and barrels in the final blend have passed through numerous tastings and are added to the blend tanks only upon final tasting and approval by the winemaking staff.
