Suggested Recipe Pairing presented by
Coconut Rice Sweet Potato Cheesecake

RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.

Winemaker's Notes:

88 points Josh Raynolds (International Wine Cellar): Bright gold. Aromas of dried pit fruits, melon, honey, tarragon and white flowers. Warm and fleshy on the palate, offering pliant, ginger-accented peach, honeydew and poached pear flavors. Very fruity, with a touch of finishing warmth and lingering spiciness. (May/Jun 2013)
