This is a blend of 50% Shiraz and 50% Mourvedre from low-yielding, 70 to 100 year old vines in Greenock, Ebenezer and Bethany. It has rich, complex aromas and is strongly perfumed with dense fruit cake flavours, black cherries, plums and cassis.
