Friends of mine told me about this particular wine. They tried it at a wine tasting event in New York early 2008. I had to wait quite some time until this wine became available, but let me tell you, it was worth waiting for. Right after removing the cork, an aroma rises from the bottle, which I have not experienced before, sweetness, fruitiness and something, I just cannot put my finger on... Then, when pouring the wine into the glass, the colors are just amazing, it's like red wine, with lots of ink, giving it a beautiful purplish hue. The taste is multi-layered, with plums, casis, berries, and a very nice balance of tannins and alcohol. This wine is just simply amazing, especially coming from a country that people don't even know that they produce wine. I can only recommend this very fine wine.
