Winemaker's Notes:

For the 2007 vintage of our signature Crane Creek Cuvee we have carefully selected fruit from four distinct appellations to ensure that only the best of the best fruit is harvested for this blend. You are greeted first by aromas of vanilla, sweet tobacco and a multiplicity of dark red fruits. This wine is plush on the palate with mouth filling flavors of fresh raspberry jam and black cherry. Lively acidity and firm supple tannins lead into a long lingering finish. This wine is notably age-worthy but can also be enjoyed tonight with a rib roast, chanterelle mushroom risotto and roasted cauliflower.
