Lambert Bridge Red Bordeaux Blend Dry Creek Valley Crane Creek Cuvée 2006
Our Crane Creek Cuvée is a brilliant masterpiece of hand selected vineyard blocks yielding a refined, yet traditional right bank Bordeaux style blend. This wine is crafted every year as a limited production blend and made exclusively for our wine club members. Brimming with impressive aromas of blueberry, black plum and brown spice and finishing with plush, refined tannins. Licorice, chocolate and toffee mingle together to forge a wine of interest and longevity. Wonderfully aromatic in its youth with layers of velvety tannins and structure to ensure optimum ageablility for years to come. This wine is precise, balanced and ultra rich and a great accompaniment to pan seared duck breast in a red wine reduction sauce, grilled filet mignon with blue cheese butter or a wedge of aged cheddar cheese drizzled with bing cherry compote.
