Originally known for Methodé Champenoise sparkling wines, Laetitia continues to produce seven unique Sparkling Wines. Currently, we are just as well known for our handcrafted Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and more.
RiceSelect's fragrant Jasmati® is blended with eggs, milk and fall's favorite spices, cinnamon and nutmeg, to create a delicious rice pudding, which is layered on top of fluffy cream cheese and abuttery pecan crust. Pairs well with a bold, tawny port with flavors of dried fruits, nuts, and spices.
Pleasant and aromic with cherry flavors. Velvety. Would be terrific with lamb.
I am giving this 4.5 stars because it is difficult to find a good Pinot in the $20 range. Full bodied, jammy, floral aroma, peppery / oakey flavor make this a fairly complex Pinot. I tend to like my Pinot Noir on the full bodied end of the spectrum. This may be a little much for those who like a light more nuanced Pinot. Goes great with meat and even holds \up to fairly potent cheese.
Rich Pinot quality. A real find
My rating is for Pinot's under $30. A smokey plum, slight earthy whiff, along with with a slightly dangerous acidity...puts it close to the pure Burgundian model. Lots happening here...lots of complexity for a pinot in this price range.
Three and a half glasses
A clear, ruby colored wine of medium(-) intensity withe legs. It has an unclean developing nose of Brettanomyces over red apple and red currant. It is a dry wine of medium acidity, medium tannins, medium alcohol and medium(-) body. It has flavors of red apple, red currant and cinnamon with a medium finish. This is an acceptable, mid-priced wine that is ready to drink now but will not improve.

Layered components of earth violets and black fruits complete this elegant Pinot. After nearly a decade, the Estate bottling has finally found its voice and it begs a listen.
Ripe, with very good depth to stewed currant, wild berry and plum flavors. round, solid tannins and generous toasty oak notes linger on the finish. Drink now through 2007.
Tasting Notes - Dark mulberry tones and aromas of cranberry and spiced plum, this wine is rich and medium-bodied. Youthful flavors of pomegrante, sandalwood and red cherries are married beautifully with earthy cola and smoke.
Good deep red-ruby. Aromas of dark raspberry and dark chocolate. Sweet, creamy and easygoing, with smooth flavors of raspberry and smoke. Finishes with very soft tannins and hints of smoke and chocolatey oak.
Tough and weedy, this is Laetitiarsquo;s least Pinot Noir, although it does show fine Central Coast firmness and dryness. Satisfies for its cherry and licorice flavors, enhanced with smoky sandalwood. Drink now.
Soft and heavy and very ripe, with jammy blackberry, cherry, raspberry, plum and cola flavors. New oak adds sweet, smoky barrel notes. Almost Rhocirc;ne-like in weight, it should knit together and become more elegant in a year or two.
