Notably aromatic of green melon and white peach. It has balanced citrus flavor with a touch of French oak to provide a crisp yet lingering finish. Wonderful as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to seafood or poultry. Native yeast fermentation. 10% of the wine was aged in French oak for six months. 44 year old vineyard. Alcohol 12.9%. Fragrant notes of spring flowers and tropical fruits lead to a supple, flavorful, dry wine with just enough acidity for balance. Drink this solid value over the next 12-18 months.
