Deep ruby color with touches of pomegranate. Penetrating aromas of rich mature fruit, and concentrated mineral and Mediterranean characteristics. Long and vigorous on the palate, with closely-woven tannins but noticeable fresh fruit. The finish is long and pleasing; a wine to be enjoyed now or with ten years of age.
