Wine Advocate #162 (Dec 2005) La Sirena's 2003 Cabernet Sauvignon (600 cases) is fashioned from Calistoga fruit and includes 2% Cabernet Franc in the blend. Beautiful aromas of flowers, black currants, sweet toasty oak, licorice, and spice box emerge from this full-bodied, deep, rich, intensely concentrated Cabernet. Impeccably well-balanced as well as pure, it should be consumed over the next 12-15 years.
